The App and Website allow you to manage your StronGirlys membership, book classes, and access other services.
Class reservations are subject to availability and may be governed by additional policies or guidelines, which will be communicated through the App, Website, or directly by StronGirlys staff.
The App and Website may offer features that allow you to make payments for memberships, classes, and other services. All payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers.
You agree to pay all fees and charges incurred in connection with your account at the rates in effect when the charges were incurred. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
If you enroll in a membership or service that includes recurring payments, you agree to authorise StronGirlys or its payment processor to charge your designated payment method on a recurring basis (e.g., monthly, quarterly, annually) for the applicable membership fees and any associated taxes or fees.
It is your responsibility to ensure that your payment method is valid and that sufficient funds are available at the time of each recurring payment. If a payment is declined, your access to the services may be suspended until payment is successfully processed.
StronGirlys reserves the right to adjust the pricing for memberships or services at any time. Any changes in pricing will be communicated to you in advance and will take effect in the next billing cycle following such notification.
Cancellations of class reservations must be made in accordance with StronGirlys's cancellation policy, which may be updated from time to time and communicated through the App and Website.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed in accordance with StronGirlys's refund policy.
By using the App and Website and participating in StronGirlys activities, you acknowledge that you have consulted with a medical professional and are in good health to participate in fitness activities.
You agree to adhere to all health and safety guidelines provided by StronGirlys and to act responsibly while participating in any activities.
All content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software) provided through the App and Website are owned by StronGirlys or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content provided through the App and Website without prior written consent from StronGirlys.
Your use of the App and Website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which can be found at strongirlys.com/privacy-policy. By using the App and Website, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, StronGirlys shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the App, Website, or participation in StronGirlys activities.
StronGirlys reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated Terms in the App and Website. Your continued use of the App and Website after any changes signifies your acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
