Squat. Toss. Catch. Repeat. Donβt let the balloon touch the floor.
π₯ How It Works
- Start in a squat position while holding the balloon
- Stand up and toss the balloon upward
- Before catching the balloon again:
- Return fully into a squat
- Stand up again to catch and release
- 1 full squat = 1 rep
- Continue without stopping
- The challenge ends once the balloon touches the floor π

- Record the challenge continuously from start to finish
