  • Start in a squat position while holding the balloon
  • Stand up and toss the balloon upward
  • Before catching the balloon again:
    • Return fully into a squat
    • Stand up again to catch and release
  • 1 full squat = 1 rep
  • Continue without stopping
  • The challenge ends once the balloon touches the floor 🎈
